M&A Consultant – Digital Media & Streaming (Contract)

Duration: 2–3 months

Location: Remote (flexible working)

ReachX is supporting a client in the digital media and streaming sector who is seeking an experienced M&A Consultant to support a defined transaction phase.

This is a short-term, high-impact consulting engagement, ideal for an ex-investment banker at VP level with strong sector experience.

The Role

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to support M&A activity within the digital media / streaming space, including:

• Advising on buy-side and/or sell-side M&A processes
• Financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis
• Preparation of investment materials and transaction documentation
• Market and sector analysis within digital media and streaming
• Supporting negotiations and transaction execution
• Acting as a senior, hands-on advisor throughout the deal lifecycle

Required Experience

• Former Investment Banker (VP level or equivalent)
• Demonstrable M&A experience in digital media, streaming, content, or adjacent technology sectors
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capability
• Experience working in lean, fast-paced deal environments
• Comfortable operating independently as a consultant
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Engagement Details

• 2–3 month contract
• Remote-first, with flexible working arrangements
• Competitive day rate, aligned to experience
• Immediate or near-immediate start preferred
