Corporate Finance OR Strategy Consultant – NEO Bank (Contract Role, UK-Based) We are seeking multiple experienced Corporate Finance Consultant OR Strategy Consultants with expertise in NEO banking to support a strategic review and potential sale of a digital bank. This contract role will involve: Providing insights into financial modelling, investor positioning, and M&A processes. Supporting the process of preparing the NEO bank for a potential sale. Strong background in corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A advisory. An executive level exposure at a Neobank is also of interest. Experience with NEO banks, fintechs, or financial services transactions. This is a contract role based in the UK. Immediate availability is preferred.
