Strategy Consultant for NEO Bank (Contract Role, UK-Based) – 4 to 8 weeks project
We are hiring a Strategy Consultant with hands-on experience in NEO banking to drive operational improvements and support strategic growth. This contract role will involve:
Conducting a strategic review of market positioning and pricing.
Mapping competitive landscapes and identifying optimisation opportunities.
Supporting the process of preparing the NEO bank for a potential sale.

Requirements:

Experience in a senior strategy role within a NEO bank or payments, cards company
Strong operational knowledge of pricing, market trends, and fintech growth strategies.
Prior involvement in scaling or selling a digital bank is a plus.
Prior experience with Kids\’ card a plus
This is a UK-based contract role with an immediate start.
