Your new company: This is a great opportunity to join a well-established practice as a Mixed Tax Senior in Warrington, which is focused on helping individuals, families, and businesses with their tax, trusts, and accounting affairs. You will be joining a firm that offers strategic advice and a friendly environment that enables its clients to protect their wealth for future generations.
Your new role: Working closely with the Tax Director as part of a team that delivers high-quality tax services to a range of both Personal, Trust, and Corporate Clients, you will become an integral member of the firm with a view to career progression, whilst building on existing technical skills and client relationships.
- Completion of UK and Jersey Personal Tax Returns for your own portfolio of clients consisting of HNWIs / Partners, Directors, and Self-Employed.
- Completion of Trust Returns.
- Completion of Corporation Tax Returns for both UK and Jersey Resident Companies.
- Completion of P11D's and ATED returns.
- Dealing with general queries from clients and HMRC.
- Assisting with advisory work.
- Managing own WIP and raising fee notes for portfolio of clients.
- Liaising with other departments within the office.
What you'll need to succeed: Good working knowledge of personal tax and trusts, ideally CTA qualified, but could be qualified by experience. Knowledge of CCH Central is an advantage. Proactive at managing existing client relationships and developing new ones. Adaptable, organised, and able to work independently. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Flexible approach to work - a pitch in to support other departments if needed.
