We are seeking an experienced and professional Personal/Executive Assistant to support the effective day-to-day running of the London office for our long-standing private equity tech advisory client.
The ideal candidate must possess a client-first approach, be impeccably presented and a confident communicator, serving as the company’s first point of contact. They should excel working autonomously, possess the judgement to identify where assistance is needed, and communicate flawlessly with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
Our client requires someone personable with outstanding interpersonal skills—a self-starter who is self-motivated and brimming with initiative and spark. The successful applicant will be meticulously organised and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
A minimum of 2 years + executive PA experience, coupled with proven customer/client-facing expertise and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, is essential.
Hours: 9-5pm or potentially 8:30-4:30pm on some days. Start: ASAP.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Complex diary management for the team / Managing Partner
- Complex travel arrangements
- Professionally meeting and greeting visitors and clients
- First point of contact
- Web-based research to identify contacts as required
- Ordering office supplies/stationery
- Help maintain the company contact database
- Coordinating client meetings and workshops
- Assist with presentation material, including proofreading and printing
- Ad-hoc support for client projects
