Private Client Lawyer – Legal 500 Law Firm, Tamworth
A highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in Tamworth is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join its award-winning team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, timely, and commercially astute legal services to a diverse portfolio of clients, while contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on Wills and Estate Planning, including lifetime tax planning strategies.
- Managing the administration of estates, including post-death inheritance tax planning.
- Handling Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
- Advising on the creation, management, and administration of Trusts.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Wills, Trusts, and Probate law, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively cross-selling services across the firm.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and introducers to enhance the firm's client base.

- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2–4 years' PQE in Private Client work.

- Strong understanding of clients' personal and financial needs.
- Commercial awareness with a client-focused approach.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
