The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters and play an important role in maintaining and developing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a broad range of private client matters, including: Wills and estate planning, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance tax planning and Trusts
- Providing clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients.
- Handling matters from instruction through to completion.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
- Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the department.
- Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Experience handling private client matters independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, LPAs, and estate administration.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous but is not essential.
