An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation/Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500 practice in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a full-time, permanent position offering high-quality work, hybrid working, clear career progression and an exceptional work/life balance.

The firm is committed to investing in its people, offering twice-yearly appraisals, structured career development and clear guidance on progression to the next stage of your career.
The Dispute Resolution team is entering an exciting growth phase and currently includes a Partner, an Associate, a Solicitor, a trainee and a paralegal. Due to continued expansion, the firm is seeking an ambitious Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE to strengthen the team.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of commercial and property litigation matters, acting predominantly for SMEs. The ideal candidate will have experience advising on:
- Commercial litigation
- Property litigation
- Breach of contract disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Shareholder disputes
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Breach of statutory and fiduciary duties, including director and trustee disputes
Experience in insolvency litigation, contentious probate, or construction disputes would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
