An excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior Property Litigation Solicitor with NQ–3 years' PQE to join an ambitious and growing Legal 100 law firm in Southampton, offering hybrid working.
This role provides the opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload, advising private clients, businesses, developers, investors and landowners on a wide range of contentious property matters.
The Role
- You will handle your own caseload, with support from experienced lawyers, including matters involving:
- Landlord and tenant disputes, including dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and lease covenant breaches
- Development land and property contract disputes
- Telecoms-related property matters
About You
You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with up to 3 years' PQE, with experience across contentious property matters. You will be proactive, commercially minded and keen to develop your career within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
