A highly respected regional law firm is seeking an Associate, Senior Associate or Partner to join its thriving Commercial Real Estate team. The Role:
The firm is looking for commercially minded lawyers across Associate, Senior Associate and Partner levels to handle a broad range of Commercial Real Estate work, with a particular focus on:
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Investment and asset management
- Portfolio management
- Real estate aspects of corporate/M&A transactions
- Complex transactional and project management work
You will:
- Advise on the full lifecycle of real estate assets
- Work alongside specialists in Dispute Resolution, Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance
- Play a key role within a supportive team
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior lawyers
- Contribute to the continued development and success of the department
About You:
Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience appropriate to Associate, Senior Associate or Partner level. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong post‐qualification experience in commercial real estate, ideally including portfolio asset management
- A track record advising on complex transactions and large‐scale portfolio management
- Experience supporting corporate transactions, particularly within M&A
- Exposure to investment, development and securitisation structures
- Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to balance legal risk with practical business needs
