Remote Company Secretary

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded professional services firm, seeking a dedicated Company Secretarial professional to join its team.

While the role is full-time, flexible working is integral to its culture and candidates looking for a four-day working week are also encouraged to apply.

This role is fully remote, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance, where work outside of standard hours or weekends is actively discouraged.

Key Duties

  • Building and maintaining relationships with a variety of clients
  • Attending board meetings, taking minutes, advising on governance
  • including law firms, investment funds and private companies
  • Managing Diligent Entities (Blueprint) records, handling share allotments/transfers, officer changes and confirmation statements
  • Drafting ad-hoc minutes and documentation
  • Formation of companies and other entities
  • Providing full company secretarial services
  • Advising clients on governance and compliance matters

Key Skills

  • Qualified Chartered Secretary, Solicitor, or legal professional
