Our client, a leading law firm in Reading, is looking to recruit a Corporate Immigration Solicitor (2+ years' PQE) to join its growing Immigration team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Immigration Solicitor looking to develop their career within a specialist corporate immigration practice, advising UK and international businesses on a wide range of business immigration matters.
You will work alongside experienced immigration lawyers, supporting a varied client base including multinational organisations, growing businesses and senior executives. The Role
- You will advise on a broad range of UK corporate immigration matters, including:
- Skilled Worker visa applications and sponsor licence matters
- Global mobility and business immigration advice
- Applications for senior executives and international employees
- Right to work and compliance advice
- Immigration support for corporate restructures and business changes
- Sponsor licence compliance, audits and reporting requirements
- Providing strategic immigration advice to employers and HR teams
- Managing client relationships and supporting business development activities
About You
- You will be:
- A qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE gained within Corporate Immigration or Business Immigration
- Experienced handling UK immigration applications and advising corporate clients
- Familiar with sponsor licence requirements and UK immigration compliance
- Commercially minded with strong communication and client management skills
- Keen to develop your career within a specialist immigration practice
