About the Role You’ll work closely with a well-established team advising high-calibre clients on: Drafting and advising on Wills Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney Providing Trust and tax planning advice Handling Probate and estate administration Managing Court of Protection applications Collaborating with the Dispute Resolution team on contentious probate matters This role offers significant client exposure, making interpersonal skills and professionalism absolutely key.
