Seeking a skilled legal professional to manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, with a strong emphasis on quality, compliance and client care.

- Responsibilities: Handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Re-mortgages
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Matrimonial transfers of equity
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Perform due diligence and source of funds investigations in line with AML regulations and firm policies
- Check and report on title to clients, identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Raise and respond to enquiries on purchase files
- Ensure compliance with lender requirements and CQS protocols
- Oversee post-completion processes, including registration and documentation
- Supervise junior team members and support their development
- Ensure accurate billing and completion statements are prepared and processed
