We have a wonderful opportunity with a fantastic financial services client of ours. They are looking for a confident and proactive support professional to work at the very core of one their busy, tight-knit teams. This is a part-time position, and the candidate will need to work in their office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week. The role is the perfect opportunity to secure a central and long-term role within a highly successful company. They are based in beautiful Central London offices, with a culture that is collaborative and supportive, but also extremely fast paced and results driven, requiring confident and composed support professionals to take full control and work proactively at all times.

THE ROLE:

  • Providing support to 4 senior members of staff in the HR Team
  • Prepare reports and other stats, as required
  • Setting up of files and maintaining any filing
  • Support with recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding and induction processes
  • Assisting with a variety of projects

You will have strong administration / team support experience in a fast paced, corporate environment, and enjoy a deadline driven culture. You’ll also possess excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to tasks. A Levels and /or degree or equivalent preferred.
