Our client, the Founder and CEO of a Luxury Brands company, requires a first class PA to provide support across all aspects of her life both in a private and professional capacity. You will be an experienced Private PA, preferably having supported at Founder level, and will have a confident, enthusiastic and positive approach used to overseeing everything from extensive Diary and Travel management to personal needs and running errands, always being one step ahead of the principal to ensure the efficient, smooth running of her time. On the Business side, experience or knowledge of the luxury brand industry would be an advantage but is not essential. The company is going through an exciting transition and you will become the \’right hand person\’ to the principal, so being able to juggle personal and professional needs is essential. Working both remotely and alongside the principal, and available to travel when required, no day is ever the same so flexibility is key as is being pro-active, forward thinking and driven with the ability to priortise change in a fast moving environment. Hours:- Full time with out of hours support when required Location:- Central London and remote Salary:- £50k-£60k Start Date:- ASAP Interviewing:- Immediate Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Extensive Dairy and Travel Management Booking personal appointments such as medical, beauty, restaurants etc Household management including insurance, maintenance, contractors etc Liaising with Estate Agents re house purchase Supporting across events and meetings including logistics, guest lists and venues Supporting the wider team as and when necessary Errand running, gift purchases and shopping Candidates must be / have: At least 3 years experience in a similar role supporting a creative principal Relevant background as a Private PA Preferably experience or knowledge of luxury brands Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and management skills Flexible to travel when required Confidential and discreet at all times PLEASE NOTE We receive a considerable amount of applications for every position and there is tough competition in the employment market.
