Role Purpose:
To lead and deliver an exciting finance transformation programme and is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Systems & Transformation Manager to lead the review, design and implementation of a modern, integrated finance system. This newly created role will be responsible for assessing the suitability of the Group's current finance and operational systems, producing a detailed recommendation and project plan, and leading the successful implementation of an integrated solution capable of supporting the Group's ambitious growth strategy.
The successful candidate will combine strong accounting knowledge with extensive systems, project management, and business transformation experience. You will act as the key link between Finance, IT and operational teams to ensure the Group has robust, scalable, and future-ready systems that deliver accurate reporting, operational efficiencies and enhanced business intelligence.
