The Role

You will advise on a varied caseload including

  • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • Development and construction-related property disputes
  • Easements, restrictive covenants and rights of way
  • Rights of light disputes
  • Boundary and land ownership disputes
  • Possession claims and other real estate litigation matters

You will manage your own caseload while also assisting senior colleagues on larger, more complex disputes, gaining exposure to high-value and technically challenging work.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have

  • 3+ years' PQE in litigation
  • Property litigation experience, or a genuine interest in developing within this specialist area
  • Excellent technical and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and client relationship management abilities
  • A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
  • An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
