The Role

  • Handle a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
  • Manage sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
  • Deliver practical and commercially focused advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the wider Residential Property department.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.

  • You
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Residential Conveyancer.
  • Ideally 5+ years' Residential Property experience.

  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
