Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

Location: Manchester An established Top Tier Legal 500 firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Private Client team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a varied and interesting caseload, including referrals from an in-house Court of Protection team, alongside a steady stream of new private client instructions.

The department also has a strong portfolio of trust administration work for family trusts.

The Role Private Client Solicitor to manage a caseload of private client matters, including:

  • Estate administration
  • Trust administration
  • Drafting Wills
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Advising clients on a broad range of private client matters

The role involves regular contact with clients, their families and carers, providing practical and legal advice while managing your own files under appropriate supervision.
