Based in a stunning modern office in the heart of Spinningfields, this is a rare opportunity to join a growing team at the ground floor and play a key role in the development of the department.

You will handle caseload of privately funded family matters, with a particular focus on high-value divorce and financial remedy work.

Role: You will manage your own caseload and assist on all aspects of private family law matters including but not limited to: Divorce and separation proceedings Financial remedy matters High Value financial settlements Cohabitation disputes Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements Private children matters Client meetings and relationship management Court applications and advocacy (where appropriate) Business development and networking The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience handling private family law matters.

Strong experience in divorce and financial remedy work would be advantageous.
