The Role:
- Advise both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious matters
- Handle a range of matters such as Tribunal claims, settlement agreements, contracts, and workplace policies
- Help shape and grow the London employment offering
You:
- 5+ years PQE in employment law
- Strong business development and client relationship skills, following would be beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable advising on both claimant and respondent matters
- Commercially minded and proactive, keen to build a practice with an established regional platform
