THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced lawyer to join a specialist Data Protection team within a leading UK firm.
You will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of complex matters including defamation, misuse of private information, breach of confidence, harassment, GDPR compliance, reputation management, and online content removal.
Managing matters from pre-action advice through to litigation and settlement, you will work on high-profile, often multi-jurisdictional disputes while contributing to business development.
THE CANDIDATE: You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE, and significant experience handling defamation claims, reputation & privacy cases, confidentiality, and data protection matters.
You will possess excellent technical expertise, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage complex claims throughout the litigation lifecycle.
The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, enjoy building long-term client relationships and be keen to contribute to the continued growth of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
