The Opportunity
This is a newly created position sitting just below Partner level within a specialist Costs team. The role combines technical delivery with a strong commercial and relationship-led focus, making it particularly well suited to an experienced Costs professional with established London market contacts or demonstrable work-winning capability.
The successful individual will support the continued growth of the team's litigation-focused costs practice. The role is expected to involve a blend of:
- Complex litigation costs work
- Business development and relationship management within the London market
- Supporting and growing client pipelines
- Working closely with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives
About You
Applications are welcomed from senior, qualified Costs Lawyers with strong experience within litigation costs in London. Experience within CAT/Competition Appeal Tribunal costs matters would be highly advantageous, though the firm is equally interested in speaking with individuals who can demonstrate general litigation costs experience, and commercial awareness. This role would particularly suit someone living in the London area, wanting to work in a collaborative and growing national team.
