Compliance & Office Manager London Up to £50k I'm working with a fantastic high street City law firm that's looking to appoint a Compliance & Office Manager to take ownership of the firm's compliance framework while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office.
This is a genuinely varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to play a key part in the smooth running of a well-established law firm.
The Role?
Leading the firm's SRA regulatory compliance and AML framework Developing and maintaining policies, procedures and internal controls Managing complaints, breaches, conflicts and compliance registers Supporting GDPR and data protection processes Leading internal audits and coordinating external accreditations where required Delivering compliance training and promoting best practice across the firm Reporting directly to the Managing Partner on compliance and risk matters Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, facilities and suppliers Supporting business continuity planning and operational improvements About you?
- Previous legal compliance experience within an SRA-regulated law firm
- Strong knowledge of SRA Standards & Regulations, AML and GDPR
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to compliance
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
