I'm currently working with an established educational organisation in North Wales that is looking to appoint a Billing & Payroll Manager to join their finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the monthly payroll process
- Overseeing billing, invoicing and fee collection activities
- Credit control and aged debt management
- Processing BACS payments and reconciliations
- Supporting month-end, year-end and audit processes
- Pension administration and payroll compliance
- Producing finance and payroll reports for management
Requirements:
- Experience within payroll, sales ledger, accounts receivable, credit control or transactional finance
- Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience of Sage Payroll would be advantageous
