Your new role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Trusts & Estates Tax Manager to join a dynamic team, taking ownership of a complex client portfolio while contributing to the continued growth of the practice. You will manage a portfolio of trusts, estates, and family wealth structures, ensuring all compliance work is delivered to a high standard through the preparation and review of trust and estate tax returns. Alongside this, you will deliver advisory work across inheritance tax planning, trust restructuring, and succession planning, working closely with partners on more complex technical matters. The role will also involve supporting estate administrations from a tax perspective, developing junior team members, and contributing to internal process improvements to enhance client service delivery and operational efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed:
- CTA qualified or equivalent (ACA/ACCA with strong private client experience also considered)
- Demonstrable experience in trust and estate taxation
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively
- Strong advisory and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and commercial approach
