We are seeking an energetic and experienced native or fluent Spanish-speaking nanny to join a lovely family and household team on a live-in basis. You will be caring for this family’s young son whilst helping to make spoken Spanish a natural part of the home environment.
The successful candidate must have previous nannying experience, be reliable and trustworthy, whilst playful, engaging, and approach their responsibilities seriously and with enthusiasm.
The nanny is provided with their own private apartment within the family home, sharing only the bathroom with the child in your care. This arrangement provides both independence and easy access for childcare duties.
The position offers excellent work-life balance, as the child attends nursery regularly throughout the week, which serves as time off. From November onwards, he will be attending for two full days per week, which can also be taken as time off.
This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Hours: 8am until bedtime, with free time during the day.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Morning routine: wake up and dressing
- Nursery drop-offs and collections
- Engaging playtime and age-appropriate activities
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Bath time and personal care routines
- Educational activities and Spanish conversation
- Occasional evening babysitting (additional pay provided)
