We’re supporting a leading international business in the aerospace and engineering sector with the search for an Interim Company Secretary. This is a flexible, ad-hoc opportunity ideal for an experienced CoSec professional looking for autonomy and variety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide company secretarial support during a team member’s maternity leave
- Prepare and distribute board packs
- Attend and minute quarterly board meetings (some travel required – expenses covered)
- Liaise with senior stakeholders, offering governance guidance where needed
