We’re supporting a leading international business in the aerospace and engineering sector with the search for an Interim Company Secretary. This is a flexible, ad-hoc opportunity ideal for an experienced CoSec professional looking for autonomy and variety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide company secretarial support during a team member’s maternity leave
  • Prepare and distribute board packs
  • Attend and minute quarterly board meetings (some travel required – expenses covered)
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, offering governance guidance where needed
