The Role
You will manage a varied and high‐quality corporate and commercial caseload, acting for a broad range of businesses and stakeholders.
Typical matters will include
- Purchase and sale of businesses
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Joint venture and investment agreements
- Shareholder agreements
- Commercial contracts and terms of business
The role offers autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to build strong client relationships, while being supported by a collaborative and well‐resourced team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 5+ years' PQE in corporate and commercial law
- Strong technical experience across transactions and advisory work
- Confident managing matters independently and advising clients directly
