An opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer to head a small team for an up-and-coming firm in Liverpool. You will look after 2 fee earners and 2 support staff in this role, but with a vision to grow this into a large team. You will be expected to have the appropriate connections and experience to develop the department. Requirements: Managing a team and providing advise to your overall conveyancing team. Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing files including freehold, leasehold and purchases, property transactions, sales and remortgages. Full understanding of the residential conveyancing process. An entrepreneurial and growth mindset. Benefits: Flexible or part-time working arrangements can be considered.
