My client, a top-ranked Legal 500 firm are looking for a Professional Support Lawyer to join its highly regarded Corporate team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a strategic, knowledge-led role within a market-leading practice, supporting lawyers on complex, high-value corporate transactions while driving technical excellence and innovation.

You'll remain at the heart of a busy Corporate team, influencing how legal knowledge is developed, shared and applied across the department.

This role is ideal for an experienced Corporate lawyer or an established PSL who enjoys mentoring others, improving processes and staying at the forefront of legal developments.

  • Working closely with partners and lawyers across the Corporate team, you will:
  • Develop, maintain and enhance high-quality precedents, templates and know-how resources.
  • Provide technical guidance and legal research on complex corporate matters.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments, ensuring the team remains up to date with changes affecting corporate practice.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for solicitors, trainees and junior lawyers.
  • Support the development of the team's learning and development strategy.
  • Contribute to client briefings, thought leadership, seminars and business development initiatives.
  • Drive knowledge-sharing, legal innovation and the adoption of legal technology.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency and maintain technical excellence across the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across specialist practice areas to support seamless, commercially focused client advice.

You'll be

  • A qualified Solicitor/Lawyer with 6+ years' PQE in Corporate law, or an established Professional Support Lawyer
  • Experienced in advising on mid-market M&A transactions and the full corporate deal lifecycle
  • A confident communicator who enjoys supporting, mentoring and developing others.
  • Interested in knowledge management, legal innovation and improving the way legal services are delivered.
