A leading national practice is seeking a Pensions Partner or Legal Director to join its established team in Glasgow as part of a broader growth strategy. This role sits within a highly regarded pensions offering, advising on complex and strategic matters across the full pensions landscape and is well suited to a Senior Lawyer looking to shape and develop a practice within a national platform.

In this role, you will advise employers, trustees and individuals on a broad range of pensions matters, including defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, governance and regulatory compliance, scheme documentation, corporate transactions, restructurings, PPF‐related work and public‐sector arrangements.
You will work closely with colleagues across employment and corporate teams to deliver joined‐up, strategic advice on complex issues. The role also involves developing and maintaining client and referrer relationships, contributing to business development and supporting growth at both a regional and national level.
