The role:
As a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate, you'll play a key role in advising clients on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on mergers, acquisitions, investments and business restructures
- Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, investment agreements and commercial contracts
- Providing advice on corporate governance and shareholder matters
- Managing transactions from inception through to completion
- Working closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to team development
About you:
This role would suit a Corporate Solicitor who:
- Has 6+ years' PQE in corporate and commercial law
- Has experience handling M&A and transactional work
- Is confident managing client relationships and complex matters
- Demonstrates excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
