An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a polished, experienced Private PA to support an ultra-high-net-worth CEO and his family, based full-time in their Mayfair Office. This is a dynamic and varied role requiring proven experience in private support at the highest level.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-17:30pm

The Role:

  • You’ll be working closely with a high-profile international couple — a German CEO and his wife — as well as offering occasional support to their two teenage sons.
  • This is not a 24/7 role, but it does require a poised, proactive, and highly capable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full private PA support to the principals, including complex diary and lifestyle management.
  • Oversight of family admin, appointments, and household logistics.
  • Management of a significant US-based property portfolio, including property taxes and upkeep.
  • Administration of the principals high-value car collection (UK & US) — tax, insurance, maintenance, registration, logistics.
  • Acting as a trusted, client-facing liaison, often attending galleries, events and shows alongside the family.
  • Handling VIP correspondence and ensuring seamless communication across multiple time zones.
  • Supporting ad hoc needs of the teenage children when required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5-10 years’ experience as a Private PA to a UHNW individual or family, preferably within a well-known or international business context.
  • Confident, articulate, and impeccably presented — you will be the face of the household externally.
  • Calm under pressure with excellent judgement and a discreet, respectful manner.
  • German language skills are a strong bonus, but not essential.
  • Previous exposure to U.S. tax and administrative systems a distinct advantage.
  • Able to confidently work independently from the Mayfair office and push back when necessary.
  • Warm, professional demeanour with a genuine sense of humour and strong interpersonal skills.
