We are currently recruiting a fantastic new FOH role for a leading global PE firm based in Mayfair in a luxurious office space! We are seeking an exceptional individual to join the firm as the primary Front of House (FOH) representative and serve as a true ambassador for all guests entering the office. You will provide seamless reception support, which will include meeting and greeting all guests, setting up meeting rooms, preparing refreshments, and configuring VC and audio equipment in meeting rooms. As the first point of contact, you must have a friendly and professional telephone manner, along with a helpful attitude. As part of the position, you will assist with some PA duties β managing calendars, booking occasional travel, setting up meetings and sending out invites. Prior experience is also essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Zoom, Concur β I.T. savvy is necessary. The role will be hired as a temporary position to become permanent after approximately three months, with the opportunity to transition to permanent status, accompanied by a highly competitive benefits package and a generous performance-related bonus.
