The Opportunity
This is a growth-focused hire, not a replacement role.
You'll join an established Corporate & Commercial team with a strong pipeline of work across Devon and the South West, advising SMEs, owner-managed businesses, investors and growth-stage companies.

- Mergers and acquisitions
- Business and share sales and acquisitions
- Corporate restructuring and governance
- Commercial contracts and trading agreements
- Shareholder and investment agreements

Your Profile
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales)
- Strong experience in corporate and/or commercial law
- Typically 3+ PQE+ (Senior Associates and Partners encouraged)
- No portable client following required
