EA to Head of Benefits & Wellness – Leading Investment Bank On-going temp Near St Pauls & Farringdon Office-based 5 days per week £47,500 per annum equivalent 9 am – 6 pm, with flexibility An opportunity to join one of the world’s most respected investment banks in a pivotal support role within the HR Division. Based in the bank’s prestigious office near St Pauls and Farringdon, this is a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leaders and be a key part of a high-performing, collaborative team. This role will have a focus of supporting the Head of Benefits & Wellness, with wider support to up to 5 functional head, depending on capacity at the time. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Complex and proactive diary management across time zones and stakeholder groupsCoordinating meetings, conferences, video calls, and logistics (e.g. rooms, refreshments, tech)Managing global travel bookings, itineraries, and all related logisticsHandling phone coverage for the functional heads and wider team, including message taking and query filteringDocument support – preparing and formatting presentations, reports, and meeting packsOrganising team meetings, agendas, and minutes, ensuring effective follow-up on action itemsManaging visitor access, courier services, expenses, invoices, and internal systemsSupporting onboarding of new team members and coordinating desk/tech requirementsHelping plan team events and fostering strong collaboration across the HCM assistant network WHO YOU ARE: Proven experience working as an EA, in a fast-paced, corporate environment (financial services preferred)Exceptional organisational and communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonalHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA confident team player with a can-do, proactive approach and strong attention to detailTech-savvy with solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) REF: CLS102305
