EA to FTSE 100 company TP6632 £70,000 - £90,000 + benefits + bonus + hybrid working Location: Strand, London Our client, a well-known and highly impressive FTSE 100 firm, is seeking a well-versed Executive Assistant to support their newly appointed CEO in September. You will be that true right hand and be privy to a lot of highly confidential information, so having a high level of discretion is key for this role. Not only this, but also being able to wear multiple hats to ensure the smooth running of each day. A varied role, no two days will be the same, as you will be the most senior EA in the entire global organisation. Role: Diary Management: Proactively manage and coordinate a complex and dynamic diary, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely responses to meeting requests. Meeting Preparation: Prepare for Executive and Board meetings, ensuring the CEO is well prepared for all meetings, with all necessary papers in advance and appropriate time to review in advance of the meeting. Stakeholder Management: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including government, regulators and investors. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Travel Coordination: Arrange complex international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, ground transfers, and necessary travel documents. Working closely with the CEO chauffeur to confirm diary arrangements well in advance. Communication Management: respond to queries and manage emails, ensuring data protection, confidentiality and privacy protocols are upheld in all circumstances Expense and Invoice Management: Compile and submit expense reports. Work closely with the Chief of Staff’s team to ensure complete synchronisation of meetings, communications, and requests, and tracking strategic initiatives, goals, and priorities. The person: FTSE 100 experience ideally Proven experience as a C-Suite Personal/Executive Assistant to a CEO or Board Member Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as SharePoint. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload effectively. Strong communication skills and attention to detail, demonstrating initiative and a flexible, \"can-do\" attitude. Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion at all times. The commitment to be on call as and when required.
