A dynamic, fast-paced global business is looking for a well-organised, super-efficient right-hand EA to look after an incredibly busy CEO. This is a fabulous role for someone who enjoys working at pace, is super efficient and organised, and all over the detail. This is a lynchpin role, and the CEO really does rely on his EA to make sure that his office is running as efficiently and effectively as possible.
This role involves extensive diary, meeting, and global travel arrangements, as well as events and project work. You will be liaising internally and externally on his behalf and involved in high-level meetings as and when appropriate. There may also be some ad hoc personal work. This is a great role for someone looking for an all-encompassing EA role at top level!
- Global travel arrangements, including travel itineraries, accommodation, flights, and transfers
- Diary management, scheduling UK and International commitments and meetings, preparing any documents for the CEO ahead of these meetings
- CEO’s itineraries at all meetings
- Gatekeeper for all incoming communications to the CEO
- Prepare and draft outgoing internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Taking minutes, preparing and distributing documents following meetings
- General administration, projects, and updates
- Ad hoc personal work as and when appropriate
Skills:
- Experience in a similar C-Suite role
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a highly pressurised environment
- Confident with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Advanced skills (Microsoft Office etc.)
