Conveyancer – Doncaster

An established and growing firm based in Doncaster is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its property team and manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancer or Solicitor with a proven track record to join a supportive, client-focused firm offering competitive rewards and career development opportunities.

As an experienced Conveyancer, you will take full ownership of your caseload, handling a variety of residential property transactions from start to finish.

This includes managing sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold and new build matters.

You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless process at every stage, from instruction to post-completion, maintaining excellent communication with clients, colleagues and stakeholders throughout.

The ideal Conveyancer will have

  • At least 3 years of experience managing a conveyancing caseload independently.
  • Expertise in residential property transactions, including leasehold and freehold matters.
  • The ability to work on new build properties and manage files from instruction through to post-completion.
  • A proactive and organized approach, with excellent attention to detail and client care skills.
