A well-established law firm in Scunthorpe is looking to appoint a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing claimant team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high quality work while making a real difference to clients pursuing complex medical negligence claims.
The successful solicitor will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to resolution. The role includes:
- Drafting Letters of Claim and pleadings
- Instructing medical experts and counsel
- Advising clients on liability and quantum
- Progressing claims in accordance with the Pre Action Protocol
You will build strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of technical advice and client care.
The firm is seeking:
- A qualified Solicitor with demonstrable claimant Clinical Negligence experience
- Confidence managing your own caseload with an appropriate level of supervision
