An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a global firm within its highly ranked Corporate team in London. The team has strong experience in complex M&A and joint venture transactions, particularly within the Energy and Resources sector, with a strong focus on oil and gas Experience required: Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales Be between 2-6 years PQE Experience in the Energy and Resources sector, particularly in oil and gas, is essential. Strong post-qualification experience in M&A and joint venture transactions. Strong client relationship and business development skills; Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
