We’re on the lookout for a sharp legal mind to join a thriving, forward-thinking company in Newcastle. As part of a compact, dynamic legal team, you’ll be embedded in the business, playing a pivotal role in driving success and safeguarding operations across high-value international construction projects. What You’ll Be Doing: Every day is different. From reviewing global project appointments to advising cross-functional teams, you’ll be immersed in the business, helping shape projects from inception to delivery. Expect to: • Draft, review and negotiate major project agreements and contracts. • Advise stakeholders across the business on a wide variety of construction-related legal matters. • Implement and refine legal risk management policies. • Lead or support team management (depending on experience). • Jump into wider legal challenges, from property and IPR to data protection and debt recovery. • Contribute to strategic, business-wide legal initiatives.
