Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a construction Associate to join its busy and highly regarded London team.This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse and sophisticated client base, including developers, funders, contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants, on a broad range of construction matters. While the role will predominantly focus on contentious work, there may be occasions when non-contentious support is required.You will be involved in dispute resolution across litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation, and negotiation. The work will also include complex contract drafting and negotiation, project due diligence, and advising on a variety of construction and engineering contracts, professional appointments, warranties, and guarantees.The successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified, with 2-4 years\' PQE gained in a well-regarded construction practice. Solid contentious experience is essential, while non-contentious exposure is highly desirable. Strong client-facing skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are key.
