You will advise a wide range of clients from private individuals and family estates to corporate landowners and institutional lenders on high-value commercial property work and complex agricultural matters. The role will include:
- Advising on the sale and purchase of farms, estates, rural land holdings, including high-value and multi-lot transactions
- Acting for clients on:
- First registrations and title reconstructions
- Overages, easements, and rights of way
- Farm business tenancies
- Sporting rights and related leases
- Agricultural Holdings Act and 1954 Act tenancy advice
- Representing lenders on secured finance transactions involving rural and mixed-use assets
About you: You will be an experienced commercial property solicitor (ideally 5+ years PQE) with a solid grounding. A strong interest in agricultural or rural property is essential.
