The role: Working alongside a director to further establish the property litigation specialist offering in a highly reputable law firm.
Working on interesting property litigation cases with an emphasis on commercial property litigation work.
Working alongside an extremely bright and passionate paralegal.
The workload includes, but is not limited to: commercial landlord and tenant disputes – arrears recovery, forfeiture and possession, dilapidations, lease renewals and terminations, tenant insolvency, and breach of covenant.
