An excellent opportunity has arisen for a confident and proactive individual to join a well-established Personal Injury team, providing essential support to Fee Earners in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • You'll assist with a range of administrative and secretarial duties, including:
  • Preparing correspondence and legal documents (audio & copy typing)
  • Liaising with experts, counsel, witnesses, and courts
  • Managing diaries, appointments, and client enquiries
  • Handling calls, document checking, and general office tasks
  • Supporting file management and ensuring GDPR compliance

About You

  • Prior legal/secretarial experience (PI preferred, not essential)
  • Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Experience with case management systems is a plus (training provided)
