A very well respected, expanding law firm in Chester are seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join the business at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a strategic appointment with the opportunity to shape and lead the firm's commercial property offering over time.

This role represents a rare chance for an experienced commercial property lawyer to take on a senior, influential position within a growing firm. Key Responsibilities- Leading and managing a varied and technically complex commercial property caseload
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on complex agreements, including options agreements
- Acting as a senior point of expertise within the commercial property team
- Supporting, mentoring and developing solicitors and paralegals
- Contributing to the strategic growth of the department and wider firm
- Building long‐term client relationships through high‐quality, commercially focused advice
