This role offers genuine responsibility for a varied residential property caseload, alongside strong client and business development exposure. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a residential property caseload to a high standard on a day-to-day basis
- Advising clients on residential property matters and providing clear, practical guidance
- Building and developing new workload at the Chelmsford office in collaboration with local agents and professionals

- Supporting compliance with SRA and CQS regulatory requirements, including internal audits
